SEA FREIGHT.

The most cost effective method of bringing cars, motorcycles and boats to the Guf Region is via sea-freight. I use only reputable shipping agents who contract only with the major shipping lines. There are regular sailings from my suppliers nearest international sea ports to the Gulf.

Whilst the cheapest method is "roll on - roll off" where the vehicle is simply driven onto the vessel and driven off at the destination, I do not recommend this as the vehicle is not secure and there is always a risk of damage. I would normally request quote for secure container freight for cars. This ensures the vehicle is secured inside a container and is far less likely to suffer any damage in transit. For motorcycles, I would recommend the bike to be crated by the shipper under the supervision of the selling dealer, then transported secure in the crate to the destination.

For boats and yachts, I use specialist companies who transport vessels internationaly by sea. They are secured in purpose built ships designed for transporting yachts. Smaller boats can be easily transported on a trailer.

Transit times are usually aprox 4 weeks from UK or Europe, and aprox 6 weeks from the US.

The motorcycles listed on the site are priced inclusive of crated air-freight to the UAE, for other destinations please contact us for any change in price.

AIR FREIGHT.

For faster delivery air-freight is an alternative for cars and motorcycles. I would still recommend having bikes crated prior to transportation to avoid any potential risk of damage. Most major airlines offer a car freight service and the Gulf is a regular destination with frequent flights from the UK, Europe, and the US (usually via europe).

Depending on availability, flights can be arranged for delivery within 1 - 2 weeks of order. Vehicles from the US may take a few days longer due to export documentation procedures depending on which state the vehicle is departing from.

DUTY.

The shipping agents take care of all documentation for exporting the vehicles from their departure port and also deal with the import documents at the destination. They liaise with customs officials and see the vehicle through customs clearance. This means you collect the vehicle from us already cleared and all documents complete. The only issue you need be involved in is the registration. We can also deal with this for you providing you submit to us the relevant paperwork.
